My name is Max Sevilla, and I have been in the real estate sector since 2001. I began my career as a Realtor in the Norther New Jersey area. After becoming a Top Producing agent, in 2007 I opened my own firm as a real estate broker and successfully navigated through the 2008-2010 mortgage meltdown crisis. I specialized in foreclosures, learned how to negotiate Short Sales. I also began to purchase REO properties, some of those properties were fixed and flipped, and some were kept as rentals.
In 2012, I founded Financial Salvation, a non-profit organization that offered legal mortgage defense to homeowners facing hardship; we successfully saved many homes from foreclosure.
